On August 23, the 2023 annual meeting of the Heilongjiang Metal New Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance was grandly held in Qiqihar City. Liu Gang, a member of the Qiqihar Municipal Committee Standing Committee and Vice Mayor, and Sun Zhaoguang, Director of the High tech Department of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
